We’re Hiring:  Inside Sales Assistant 
Anchorage, Alaska | Full-Time | In-Person
  
At PIP Printing of Alaska, we help businesses bring their ideas to life through printing and marketing services—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Assistant to help make it happen. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy sales team while ensuring excellent service and contributing to sales growth. 
 
 What You’ll Be Doing: 
·      Support the sales staff by preparing estimates, lookbooks, processing orders, and working directly with customers. 
·      Master our estimating software to create accurate quotes and help keep projects moving smoothly. 
·      Be a go-to problem solver for customers when sales reps are not available. 
·      Collaborate with our production and graphics departments to assure projects stay on schedule and are delivered on time. 
·      Learn the ins and outs of the printing industry, gaining hands-on experience to high-tech print and marketing operation. 
·      Keep the front desk running smoothly by answering phones, processing credit card payments and sending invoices when needed. 
 
 What We’re Looking For
·      1.5 years of experience in inside sales, business-to-business sales, business operations and/or marketing experience preferred. 
·      A team player who can communicate in a professional and friendly manner with customers to clearly explain project information and solve problems. 
·      Demonstrates strong attention to detail while juggling multiple projects without missing a beat in a fast-paced work environment. 
·      A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. 
·      Computer (both PC & Mac) experience and ability to learn to use our point-of-sale software. 
·      Knowledge of print production is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to teach you.
